Killer stumbled before shooting dead father, son

HORRIFYING footage shows a man slipping over as he confronted a father and son in Guildford before shooting them to death, while a mum and child cowered behind a car.

The younger man died at the scene, while the older man was taken to hospital, where he later died.
Detectives attached to State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad established Strike Force Ormerod to investigate the murders.
Four men aged 20, 25, 18 and 23, have previously been charged over their alleged roles and remain before the courts.
As inquiries continue, police have released CCTV of the incident as part of an appeal for public assistance.
The CCTV shows a silver Lexus SUV stopped on Osgood Street, before a man – dressed in all black and wearing a balaclava – exits the vehicle and runs toward a stationary red utility.
The man falls over, before getting up and shooting into the parked red vehicle, where Toufik and Salim were sitting.
The man returns to the SUV as the driver begins to drive off, before coming to a stop and firing more shots from their vehicle into the ute.
Commander of State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad, Detective Superintendent Danny Doherty said now is the right time to make this appeal.
“While we’ve made a number of significant arrests in this matter, detectives are still looking for the men who pulled the trigger,” he said.
“The men who evidently have zero regard for human life; carrying out such a brazen attack in broad daylight, just metres away from a mother and child.
“We are releasing this vision today to make sure those men know they can no longer run away or hide from their actions and the law.
“We are appealing today to anyone who may recognise these men and we’re also interested in talking to any witnesses whose memory may be jogged by this CCTV – particularly those seen driving past, who may not have been aware at the time what they were witnessing.”
