The group heard the barriers Little Wings female pilot Leanne Ng first experienced and how women need the support of colleagues as well as at home.
Event MC Erin Molan said: “It’s one of the most humbling experiences learning about what this charity does, with no government funding; this is why we need to do as much as we can to raise awareness and funds.”
