As a timid child, Hany longed to be more confident and strong.
“I took up fighting and it changed my world,” he said.
“I got so competent that I was able to chase my dreams of being a professional fighter where I enjoyed great success and now have my own gym teaching others and helping them fulfil their own dreams.”
With classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai and Kids Classes on offer for males and females of all ages, Hany says he only offers boxing to the four to 10-year-old class since it is vital get those fundamental skills well established since it is the foundation of all other defence sports.
“All of our classes are run by black belt instructors, we only employ the best, so participants can feel assured they are learning correct techniques from true professionals,” he said.
