Holroyd Hotshots hunt for more girls, boys and women

HOPING for a much smoother 2021 netball season after the pandemic disruptions of last year, Holroyd Hotshots Netball Club president Stephanie Bushell is calling on netballers to ’Come and Play’ with registrations now open online.

“Once registered, we will place you in a team with some training before the competition starts on April 17,” she said.
“Netball is a great team-based activity that develops gross motor skills in a fun way and a great way to make new friends in the local community.”
Offering teams for boys and girls turning five to 12, and for girls and ladies aged 13 years and over, games are played at Wyatt Park as part of Parramatta Auburn Netball Association, with juniors playing in the morning while seniors hit the courts in the afternoon.
Hotshots Club training for juniors is generally held at Guildford Park, on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, depending on coach availability.
