Police were called to the homes on Christmas Day and Boxing Day after residents found they had allegedly been broken into and property stolen.
The 48-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman were arrested at a home in Parramatta, where police allegedly located and seized multiple stolen items including vacuum cleaners, luxury brand bags and shoes.
The man faces 12 charges including five counts of dishonestly obtain property by deception, three counts of break and enter house steal less than/ equal to $60,000, two counts of break and enter dwelling-house with intent (steal), possess prohibited drug and larceny, while the woman was charged seven counts of dishonestly obtain property by deception.
