Are you confident you are using the correct social media channels for your business and if so, what is your customer profile?
An opportunity for anyone wanting to grow their business, ‘A Business Health Check’ will be available at the Auburn Centre for Community this Monday, May 29, 9.30am-4pm.
Hosted by Cumberland Council and Western Sydney Business Centre’s Business Connect Program, the course aims to get you thinking about your business fundamentals and give you the tools to run, grow and adapt into the future.
Project manager Graham Fitzpatrick said the Health Check provided insight for small businesses to identify potential challenges to growth and moving forward.
“So many of us get so caught up working ‘in’ the business, instead of ‘on’ the business but it’s important to step back and have a good look,” he said.
“We will ask you questions and then provide you with a diagnostic report on what is needed; we’re also happy to meet with you again to help find solutions.”
Places are strictly limited, as these are free, one-on-one sessions.
Bookings: cumberland.nsw.gov.au.
