Half-price show ticket for seniors

Seniors with a valid Seniors or Aged Pension Concession Card will be able to pre-purchase discounted tickets to the show.
Minister for Seniors, Mark Coure, said that for generations, the Sydney Royal Easter Show has become a cherished family tradition for many, especially grandparents.
“Seniors’ Day is a perfect opportunity for older people to head out and enjoy a fun-filled day,” Mr Coure said.
“From animal shows, parades, the food and of course the showbags, there is certainly something for everyone to enjoy.
“Whether you want to go with your family or a group of friends, make sure to take advantage of this great discount.”
Minister for Agriculture and Western NSW, Dugald Saunders, said the Easter Show was a great opportunity for people from all walks of life to come together and celebrate the state’s primary industries sector.
“This year we are highlighting the incredible resolve of our rural communities after a few tough years impacted by devastating floods, fires and drought,” Mr Saunders said.
“The show brings the bush to the city, shining a light on the hard work that goes into getting food on our tables.
“It is really important for people to understand where Australia’s high quality produce and materials come from because that is a testament to the great achievements our farmers and growers.
“The show is a celebration of their dedication and resilience and what better way to come and express your appreciation than grabbing a ticket and giving them your support.”
