Hair-pin bend safer for all

A KILLER hair-pin bend at Picnic Point is no more after $500,000 in roadworks were completed following the death of a motorcyclist last year. Jointly funded by the council and Transport for NSW, the upgrade includes the widening of the intersection of the adjoining service road at 901-921 Henry Lawson Drive, with new kerb and guttering as well as earth works to improve visibility for residents to safely enter and exit the road.
