Traffic and Highway Patrol officers began an investigation after being told cars were doing burnouts in Sheffield Street just after 12pm on Friday, April 2.
On Monday, April 5, officers spoke with the 22-year-old owner of a Nissan Silvia at a home on the same street and issued him with a court attendance notice for owner fail to disclose details of driver.
Police also spoke to the 22-year-old driver of a Holden Commodore at a Guildford home, before suspending his licence and issuing him with a court attendance notice for aggravated burnout and drive in a manner dangerous.
The 24-year-old driver of a Ford Falcon also had his licence suspended and was issued a court attendance notice for the same alleged offences.
