Applications close this Wednesday, December 15, and while there is no limit as to how much money community organisations can apply for, funding for most projects falls between the $5,000-$10,000.
A Dooleys spokesperson says the funds are shared among as many worthwhile projects as possible, and any application – no matter how different – will be considered as long it meets the criteria.
“We sincerely hope that our local community is regaining stability and we will do our best to respond to local needs and priorities over the coming months,” she said.
“When applying for funding, please include a detailed budget which provides a breakdown of the project components. It is therefore easy for us to see exactly where the money is going to be spent.”
Successful applicants will be notified at the end of January 2022, while those unsuccessful organisations will receive feedback about their applications.
ClubGRANTS was established in 1998 to ensure registered clubs in NSW with profits over $1 million, contribute financial or in-kind support to local community services, programs and projects.
