Great year of success

STILL basking in its success, 2019 was a remarkable year for De La Salle College at Revesby Heights.

Not only did students achieve great HSC results, but the College saw the official opening of the new Christo Regente Hall by the Federal Member for Banks, David Coleman.
The new College Hall seats over 1,000 people and includes a basketball court, contemporary gym, state-of-the-art production facilities, two modern classrooms and new outdoor areas for students.
Principal Tim Logue says De La Salle students have seen fantastic improvements in recent years that have brought new life and energy to the College, giving students ultra modern facilities to develop talents and achieve ambitions.
Over the past few years, De La Salle Revesby has been growing rapidly in enrolments and has produced outstanding HSC results.
Mr Logue congratulated the 2019 HSC cohort for their results and contribution to the school, adding that the dedication of teachers and support of parents was vital to student success.
In 2019, the College also expanded its Newman Selective Gifted Education Program for students from Years 7 to 10, which provides a rigorous education program for gifted learners.
De La Salle College at Revesby Heights is holding its annual Open Day for visitors to tour the College on Sunday, March 8, from 11am to 2pm, with all prospective students, their families and the community welcome.
