Celebrating Diversity Events grants of up to $10,000, are available for events and projects being held between July 1 to December 31 this year and that aim to foster community harmony, celebrate cultural diversity and bring communities together to promote social cohesion.
To be eligible for funding, organisations must be a non-profit sharing organisation located within NSW and be able to confirm other funding sources that are contributing the total event budget.
Grants are awarded on merit following a rigorous assessment process and are assessed by a sub-committee consisting of no less than three Multicultural NSW Advisory Board members, with recommendations then sent to the Minister for review and approval.
