Grand Opening family fun day on offer at Snap Fitness gym

SNAP Fitness 24/7 Yagoona will be hosting a Grand Opening in the gym’s carpark on Saturday, February 29, from 10am, raising funds at the same time to help those impacted by the summer bushfires.

On offer all day and into the night, the family event will feature tours, demonstrations, free class, sausage sizzle, loads of refreshments and activities for children – all for a gold coin donation to WIRES Bushfire Appeal plus $10 from every new membership for the first 300 members, will be donated to the RFS Bushfire Appeal.
Offering a premium service without the premium price tag, Snap Fitness 24/7 Yagoona opened its doors at the end of January and is already booming thanks to its amazing trainers, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment and exciting range of free classes.
A family-run business and very community focused, operator Lamees Harb and her business partner nephew Nathaniel Hammo are passionate about fitness and helping clients to lead their best lives.
“We are very inclusive and are aiming to have 50 per cent female membership along with youth classes,” Lamees explained.
“We are very excited about what our fitness centre can bring to the local community in Yagoona and the surrounding suburbs.”
Most classes are free with an annual membership of $16.95 a week.
Choose from boxing, dance, core, weights, mixed cardio, high intensity, crossfit, functional and conditioning classes as well as Olympic lifting and more.
“I’m looking to introduce martial arts classes for teens and want also to invite along middle-aged women who want to improve their health, looks and attitude,” Lamees said.
“The gym is the best medicine and you will see changes and feel so much better in just a short time.”
