Trilogy president Maureen Agathocleous (pictured below with Wangee Park Principal Anthony Bulmer and Quickstep’s Cathie McDonald) thanked Quickstep for their generosity which would give a ‘voice’ to some very special children for the first time.
“The boy who accepted the gift is nonverbal and the iPad will help him with communicating, something he has never done,” she said. “A true miracle.”
“We also want to welcome Bob Beer and Deborah Watts as our new committee members,” she said.
“We look forward to working with Bob and Deb towards furthering our goal of ‘Advancing Education for Children with Special Needs’ in Canterbury Bankstown.
“With nearly 500 children attending four special schools and other services in Canterbury Bankstown, the need to provide extra support after such a tough couple of years is great and donations are hugely appreciated.”
