An investigation into the importation and supply of methylamphetamine to Sydney by organised crime networks began in June under Strike Force Allister, with assistance from Australian Border Force Border Intelligence.
During the investigation, police allegedly located evidence to support 21kg of methylamphetamine had been imported into NSW by a member of a Sydney gang.
A 33-year-old man arrested in a car in Condell Park yesterday about 5am was charged with import commercial quantity of border-controlled drug.
Police allege the man was a founding member of the ‘Inner West Brotherhood’ gang and facilitated the import of the prohibited drugs from a Central American country.
Investigations under Strike Force Allister continue.

Gang founder charged over meth haul
A MAN arrested in Condell Park early yesterday morning is alleged to be the founding member of the ‘Inner West Brotherhood’ gang which allegedly imported over $6 million worth of methylamphetamine to Sydney.
