Fun school holiday activities at PCYC over next fortnight

ARE you running out of ideas to keep your child entertained and off the streets during the last few weeks of the holidays?

Auburn PCYC School Holiday Program features vacation care with a difference for those aged five to 15 from 8am to 4pm daily.
Children get to do a creative activity everyday such as arts and crafts, cooking, painting, science or dance as well as a daily sporting activity including soccer, dodgeball, Ninja Fit, hockey, netball, volleyball, basketball or boxing.
From pirate days and graffiti, to coding classes and skateboarding, there is always something interesting going on.
The cost is $50 a day or $175 for four days with Creative Kids Vouchers of $100 able to be used to reduce the price.
Children are encouraged to bring their lunch but also have access to an onsite cafe where they can place a lunch order.
Holiday Co ordinator Lanu Cross-Taateo said it was great to welcome back students after the Spring school holiday program was cancelled over Covid.
“We’ve been having such fun and students have been able to develop skills and stay connected in our safe, supportive environment,” she said.
“The school holiday activities are run by qualified coaches that have a passion for working with young people in a sport and recreation.
“Parents who want to book their child in for the last two weeks need to get in early as spaces are limited.”
