Hailing from Lebanon, Tom says it’s wonderful to be able to ‘give back’ to the local Lebanese community as well as the melting pot of dozens of other cultures now calling Auburn home.
“We do have a lot of Lebanese clients but my general client base is very multicultural,” he said.
“Rest assured, the Auburn community is friendly, warm and welcoming.”
Awarded an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) on Australia Day in 2020 for his many years of dedicated service to the law, to local government and to the community, Tom specialises in criminal, property and family law as well as commercial contract disputes and workplace injury compensation plus more.
Though enjoying success across the board, he recently won a multi-million-dollar family law case which awarded his female client 85 per cent of the matrimonial pool – one of the largest awards you can obtain in the Family Court.
“We are here for the community and our size allows our partners to give personal attention to every matter,” he said.
“In certain cases, we act on a ‘no win, no charge’ basis too.”
