HELPING to ease the burden on battling families this Easter, Kids World Playland in Punchbowl will be hosting a free play day for children who bring along a 400g can of food.
Part of a Foodbank NSW/ACT drive, the free play day will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 10am-4pm.
The most amazing place for children aged 0-11, Kids World Playground has awesome multi-level indoor climbing structures, tunnels, trampolines, a cannon ball battle zone, a huge inflatable slide and even a special dedicated under 5s area for little ones to explore safely.
Grip-free socks must also be worn by both adults and children in all of th play areas and there is a strict no outside food or drink policy.
However, there is a gourmet cafe onsite serving all the usual yummy treats for children and adults.
For those looking for something a little more nutritious, you can check out the healthy favourites menu, with all food prepared onsite daily with fresh ingredients. It even has trained baristas to serve up that much needed caffeine hit.
