Free Open Mic night
AUBURN Poets & Writers (APW) will feature a special guest poet at their Open Mic night hosted at WestWords, 41 Hunter St, Parramatta, on Monday, October 23, from 7pm.
David Ades, author of ‘Mapping the World’ and ‘Alert in Light’ and host of the long-running podcast ‘Poet’s Corner’ where he interviews contemporary poets, will present his poetry and sell copies of his books.
The Open Mic’s convenor, Danny Gardner, said it’s an important step for the group’s event.
