Free classes on offer for women to improve health, well-being, life

GET ready for an action-packed Term 2 at Bankstown Women’s Health Centre where you can take a class for free or at low-cost to boost you body, mind and spirit.

On offer from Monday, May 2, to Friday, July 1, groups include Fitness (exercise and social) on Mondays, 9.30-10.30am; Yoga (self care and wellbeing practice) on Tuesdays, 10.30am-12pm; Healthy lifestyle (exercise and nutritional workshops with accredited dietician) on Wednesday mornings; Foodshare (free bags of food for those who live and work in the Canterbury Bankstown local government area), day and times to be confirmed upon booking; Lets Talk event (panel of experts to discuss domestic violence and what can be done) at Bankstown Sports Club theatre on Tuesday, July 19, 11am-1.30pm; Mother’s Day Support the Girls (bringing women together to connect with community and receive a fitted bra) on Wednesday, May 4, day and time confirmed upon booking.
