With a large crowd expected, general duties and specialist police will be out in force targeting speeding, drink and drug driving, mobile phone use and seat-belt offences.

“Road safety is everyone’s responsibility and motorists should avoid putting themselves, their passengers, and other road users at risk.”
Random drug and alcohol testing will be in place in and around Bathurst, and people are urged to take precautions to make sure they arrive safely and get home from the event in one piece.
