The gala presentation evening will be held at Revesby Workers’ Club on Wednesday, June 28.
Precedent Productions Managing Director and Awards founder Steve Loe said he never failed to be amazed at the huge number of entries received in support of Canterbury Bankstown businesses.
“This community is renowned for being close-knit and supportive of one another,” he said.
“This proves, yet again, what a great place it is to live, work and do business.”
He said local businesses contributed much more than goods and services to their communities.
“Local businesses contribute to their community’s unique identity,” he said.
“They also give back to the community by sponsoring sporting teams, supporting local charities, providing work experience for students and employment for residents of all ages.”
He said he was pleased to see so many nominate their favourite business for industry recognition and a pat on the back.
“These business people are the backbone of our community,” he said.
