Feel good all day after having a laugh at yoga

ARE you over 65 and looking for a fun, social activity?

Salsa helps promote positive mental and physical health all in a light and fun atmosphere and now you can learn these easy dance steps in two local classes starting up in Seniors Week.
It’s on offer on Tuesdays, April 20 to June 22, 10am-12noon, at Club Mt Lewis, 14 Waterloo Rd, Greenacre, and Wednesdays, April 21 to June 23, 10am-12noon, at Canterbury City Community Centre ,130 Railway Pde, Lakemba.
With morning tea provided, it costs $5 for the class plus $5 for transport (available for eligible participants).

You can learn a few simple techniques to keep your mood and happiness levels high at a free Laughter Yoga session on offer at Campsie Library and Knowledge Centre, 14 Amy St, Campsie, on Friday, April 16, 10.30am-12.30pm.
