Fantastic musicals to thrill fans of all ages in holidays

THERE’S plenty of fun on offer for families at Bryan Brown Theatre in the April School Holidays.

A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen JR. expands upon the emotional journey between Princesses Elsa and Anna.
When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood.
Elsa is all about independence and self-belief; she embraces her oddness and doesn’t care about how different she is from society’s norms.
She’s now the unassuming champion for all little kids everywhere who feel like they don’t fit in – after all, “the cold never bothered her anyway”.
With all the hit songs, including ‘Let It Go’, this is a show not to be missed.
Presented by Sydney’s Premier youth musical theatre company, City Kids Theatre, it’s on offer from April 11-13, with daily and evening showtimes.
Tickets: $32.95 (children under 10), $39.95 (adult).
Then families can enjoy a free, action-packed musical, ‘Busy Izzy and Friends’ for one day only on Friday, April 14, at 1pm and 6pm.
Laugh, dance and sing-a-long with Busy Izzy, Newly Truly, Talkative Tess, Bossy Bobby, Sensible Steven and Secret Agent Skye on their next adventure.
Bring your dancing shoes and your singing voices to this amazing show featuring award-winning songs. The show will be followed by a meet and greet with the characters.
It’s suitable for children of all ages, and fun for grown-ups too.
