Fantastic bargains to support battlers

WITH the aim of helping families and individuals who are struggling financially, the Salvation Army at Auburn has launched a bold new venture.

Two new projects will offer people access to heavily discounted food, clothing and furniture.
Major Paul Moulds from Auburn Salvation Army said: “An important part of our mission is to relieve poverty and suffering, wherever it occurs.
“We want to provide everyone greater access to the necessities of life, and help those on low income reduce their living costs and expenses.”
The Salvos Life Store provides discounted food, clothing and household items. It is located at Level 1, 166–170 South Parade, Auburn, and is open five days a week from Tuesday to Saturday.
Furniture and white goods are available at the new Salvos Life Store Warehouse, corner Berry and Sutherland streets, Clyde. At this stage it is only open every Saturday.
Major Moulds invited everyone to come along and check out the huge amounts of bargains that are available.
