Formally the Hughes Charity Car Show, which raised funds and awareness for the NSW Rural Fire Service in 2014, and Kids with Cancer Foundation Australia in 2015, the revamped event returned bigger and better in 2017, supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, and Angel Flight in 2018.
The 2019 East Hills Charity Car Show will raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association of NSW.
Spokesman Glen Waud says the family oriented show will feature various food and trade stalls, entertainment, and plenty of interesting cars on exhibition, as well as winning category presentations, which has attracted entrants and visitors from all over NSW.
“The show’s an excellent opportunity for vehicle entries, category sponsors and stall operators to support this very worthy cause,” Mr Waud said.
“After the success of the Charity Car Show in years past, raising much needed funds for various charities, we are looking forward to putting on a great show in 2019 across three fields at Kelso Avenue, Panania,” he said.
“All makes and models are welcome – from the 1920s through to the modern Supercars.
“This year we are hoping to raise even more money and have more awesome cars on display than ever before.
“Please help support further community awareness and research into Motor Neurone Disease.”
Entrants and stallholders enter from 8am.
