Residents young and old are invited on a journey of self-discovery at the free International Yoga Day conference at Eric Tweedle Stadium in Merrylands this Sunday, June 26, 8am-2pm.
Presented by Mita Yoga & Wellness in association with Nature Care Ayurveda and Ministry of AYUSH, it will feature speakers from the wellness industry, doctors and yoga professionals, a kids intro to yoga, parenting and stress seminar, wellness sessions, Yoga classes, wellness stalls, Ayurveda massages and much more for the entire family,

A Mita spokesperson said their vision was to spread awareness about the healing strength everyone has inside them and how to tap into this power.
“We want to enable people to be self-reliant in the face of challenges life throws their way,” the spokesperson said.
