Expert help to get on move

☐ MCS Mobility manager Sam Chidiac can offer solutions for most mobility issues.

WITH customers able to have confidence they are in safe hands, MCS Mobility manager Sam Chidiac prides himself on going beyond simply selling products.

He also offers a complete post-sales service to elderly people and those with disabilities needing help.

“We deal directly with our customers,” he said.

“If you order something like a hospital bed somewhere online, it might be a little cheaper but we do more than just drop a box at your front door.

“Whatever you order from us, we will help set it up and make sure everything is working properly before we go. It’s not just about selling someone a product.”

An NDIS provider, MCS was a local business award finalist in the Outstanding Health Improvement Service category last year, and Sam says he is able to offer solutions for most mobility issues.

They stock many daily living aids, including hospital beds, adjustable

beds, walking frames, electric lift chairs, wheelchairs, mobility scooters and all of the accessories, such as crutches, cranes, dress assistance, bathroom and toilet aids plus exercise equipment, smart barrier pads and even motorised golf buggies.

“We sell a wide range of new and used mobility items, with full payment terms and no interest applicable, to get clients up and running again if they’ve had a stroke or fallen ill or just need some extra, specialised support,” he said.

“The mobility scooters are fantastic if you can no longer drive; so easy to do your shopping or get to the doctors, for example.

“We can come to your home and deliver or repair items, and we also offer an emergency service.”
