THE Bollard School of Dance prides itself on the ability to provide expert tuition in a fun, safe and friendly environment.
The Condell Park school boasts one of the largest dance complexes in the area with six dance studios, two waiting areas for parents, and a dance shop.
It offers classes in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, musical theatre, boys only hip hop and acrobatics. Students are also able to participate in performance groups and take examinations with the Australian Teachers of Dancing.
Teacher Belinda Kirkness says the school also offers an innovative early childhood program, specially designed for tiny tots and preschool aged children, known as ‘Imagine – a Place to be Me’ as well as a second program, by the Australian Teachers of Dancing, launching in 2020, called ‘Jazz Magic’, designed specifically for four to five-year-olds.
“All students are encouraged in a positive learning environment to develop their dance style and technique to their full potential,” she said.
“The school caters for both the recreational and vocational student, ensuring all students are given the best possible dance experience to suit their needs.”
Belinda says the studio is looking forward to another successful and rewarding year.
“A highlight for our school has been travelling to the USA to perform at various venues such as Disneyland and Universal Studios and attend workshops,” she said.
