Ease conditions but want all vaccinated

MASKS are again no longer compulsory on public transport, while standing at indoor venues, group singing indoors and dancing at nightclubs will be allowed with the easing of Covid-19 restrictions.

Restrictions were reimposed after a man and woman visited 20 venues over four days while highly infectious, including two Silverwater stores. Despite extensive, ongoing investigations into the source of the two cases, NSW Health has not yet identified how the initial case was exposed to the virus.
A NSW Health spokesperson said as those two cases had shown, Covid-19 may re-emerge at any time, so it is important that we all continue to take practical measures to stay Covid-safe and get vaccinated.
A week after the Sydney Olympic Park vaccination hub opened its door, nurses have administered more than 4,000 doses each day.
