Squiggles and 19 other early learning centres united with CCK (Community Care Kitchen) and Merciful Group to start an emergency relief fundraiser, which raised $90,091.65 overall, for the people in Palestine.
Squiggles owner Ghada Diab said they had two weeks to raise as much as they could which they did by selling raffle tickets, with Oxford Greens Early Education Centre Families donating the prizes.
Ghada said the amount raised showed how their families were always ready to support their compassionate endeavours.
“Collaborative relationships are fundamental to achieving such an incredible outcome and raising this amount of money in such a short time,” she said.
“We are very grateful and value the strong partnership we have with our families at Squiggles & Giggles as it’s essential to achieving quality outcomes for the children in our care, our families, the community and in this case, our international community.”
