District Soccer Football

MORE than 50 girls from Canterbury and District Soccer Football Association (CDSFA) enjoyed “mini World Cup matches” as well as drills and skills with special appearances from the Matildas’ Charlie Rule and Holly McNamara.
Newly appointed CDSFA Female Football Officer Trudy Burke hosted the successful School Holiday Clinic for girls aged between 7 to 14 years from seven local clubs earlier this month.
“With a strong focus on having fun, we were delighted with the vibe that was flourishing over the success of Australia and New Zealand recently winning the right to host the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup,” Trudy said.
