With the centre increasing the donation amount to $3,000, centre organisers said they were excited to support such a great community cause.
Centre manager Geordie Bunting said: “Seeing local families enjoying time together with a movie, pop corn and a true ‘drive in’ experience is something we hope to continue in the future.”
‘Dine and drive-in’ success
A FANTASTIC success, hundreds of residents packed into Lidcombe Shopping Centre’s fully booked, rooftop ‘dine and drive-in’ event last Saturday night, raising $1,450 for Beyond Blue.
