NSW TAFE is running a short course in Cake Decorating at the Berala Public School on Fridays, 10am to 2pm, from May 17 to July 5. The Statement of Attainment in Cake Decorating is a free fully-subsidised eight week course for eligible participants, and registrations are essential.
