CHILDREN joined Poppy the Possum in the Central Gardens at Merrylands West to celebrate Community Reading Week with a special Bush School Storytime event last Monday.
Hosted by Cumberland Council’s children, youth and families team, the Bush School holds a fun morning of stories and songs for children aged up to five aimed at fostering an understanding and appreciation of the environment through literacy, on the first Monday of each month from 10-11am.
