Families were treated to a magical day on Saturday, of festive performances and fun children’s activities such as a petting zoo, face painting, jumping castle, puppet show, craft and games ahead of a sausage sizzle and Christmas Carols.
Children were also given a book about the story of Christmas and LED candles that had a bible verse to remind them of the meaning of Christmas.
“It was wonderful to see our parishioners invite friends, family members and neighbours to what was a day filled with joy and hopes for peace and happiness in the new year,” an organiser said.
