VISITORS to Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital Emergency Department are now greeted with a colourful welcome thanks to a spectacular multi-panel artwork, ‘The River Communities’, by Indigenous artist Amy Lea Hill (pictured). She created the work in collaboration with local Elders as a way to keep the history alive and celebrate traditional stories, including the landmarks and waterways, that surround the area of Canterbury Bankstown.
