Nestled alongside well-established club favourites, Canton Kitchen and Lucky Cheng’s, Miso Oishii is the first Japanese eatery to grace the club, and a welcome sibling to the original brainchild of Canton Kitchen’s Jason Chan.
In translation, Oishii means ‘yummy’ in Japanese and the Miso Oishii menu is just that.
Charmingly simple, the service is fast, the food is fresh and the menu offers a collection of standout dishes ranging from a comprehensive variety of Maki Rolls and Nigiri, to Katsu for those who would like something warm and a little more filling. In addition to the standard menu, Miso Oishii offers surprise daily specials made fresh, onsite.
Taking influence from his love of Asian cuisine, and the art of its creation, Miso Oishii creator and restaurant owner, Jason, was introduced to his career journey and love of beautiful Asian cuisines while being taught to cook by his father who was also a chef.
“Australia’s love of Japanese cuisine is evident, so I’m thrilled that Miso Oishii brings the Japanese technique, flavours and the unique quick fix style of enjoying a meal to Bankstown Sports Club,” Jason said.
“Our focus is not solely on the exceptional quality of food delivered, but our customers’ enjoyment when they pay us a visit.
“We take pride in what we do and our priority is to make sure everyone has a great time and leave us feeling content and fulfilled.”
Miso Oishii will be open for eat-in or takeaway every day and bookings are not required.
