Dining Out

Classic ‘family-style’ Italian

LOCATED in the heart of Canterbury League Club, Lavico Italian Ristorante will take patrons’ tastebuds on a trip to Italy with the classic Italian dishes that pay homage to its Italian roots and serves the meals the way Nonna would have served it.

Lavico means Lava in Italian and the name is fitting as the restaurant overlooks the Club’s iconic volcano.
There is something for everyone at the family-friendly restaurant that has a shared meal focus, with the warm and welcoming scene inspired by the Tuscan region.

Under the canopy of bougainvillea and fairy lights, the hardest decision that Lavico diners need to make is choosing between the Fettucine Gamberetti or the Veal Puttanesca.
The meals keep up with Italian tradition of being generous, simple and full of flavour mimicking Nonna’s cooking style and Lavico’s Italian themed design ensures your pasta tastes even better under the ceiling of vines.
Try Lavico Italian Ristorante for classic family-style Italian food and pizzas, with 19 to choose from.
It’s open for lunch, Friday to Sunday, 12-3pm, and dinner, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, 6-9.30pm, and Friday to Saturday, 6-10.30pm.
