POPCORN and choc tops are back as cinemas re-open to the public just in time for the July school holidays.
Reading Cinema Auburn centre operations manager Rachel Reilly says gamers also have a chance to book a cinema with a group of friends and play video games such as Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, and Grand Theft Auto while sitting in “huge recliners with surround-sound”.
“The groups we require for these bookings are significantly smaller, so you get an intimate experience for a fraction of the cost,” she said.
