Georges Hall Anglican Church, 176 Birdwood Road, is hosting a Christmas Carol event this Saturday, December 11, with food and children’s activities from 5pm and carol singing from 6pm.
Entry and activities are free but food is available for a small cost and includes a sausage sizzle, drinks and ice-cream truck delights.
“If the event needs to be cancelled due to rain, we will seek to postpone activities to our Christmas Day service at 9am instead,” a spokesperson said.
Check out plans on the day at georgeshallanglican.com.au.
To help keep the event Covid-safe, you are advised to bring your own mask (though some will be available) as singing is permitted with masks on, have vaccination proof on hand and stay home if sick or have been to a Covid hotspot or awaiting test results.
Please also follow directions of the Carols team including instructions for getting food and remaining seated while eating and during the carols.
If you end up being unable to make the carols, contact organisers so the ticket can be used for another.
Bookings essential at at trybooking.com.
