Chef secret in masterclass

IN an opportunity of a lifetime, Executive Chef Darren Foots will be personally hosting a ‘Master Cut Masterclass’ in the award-winning Bel Cibo Italian restaurant nestled inside Revesby Workers’ Club, in July.

The passion that Darren and his team have for serving beautiful food in a contemporary space, has long been the focus of Bel Cibo restaurant.

The delicate, hand-crafted menu has been well thought out and always offers a truly superb dining experience.

“This exclusive masterclass will focus on the master cuts for preparing contemporary cuisine,” Darren said.

“I will showcase and teach you the skills to prepare, portion and cook a French Lamb Rack and Succulent Steak, which can be easily adapted to the home kitchen.”

The class will feature the complete showcase of cuts, grades and preferential uses, different origins, and differences in organics, grass fed and grain fed animals. 

Participants will also learn the best way to pair wine and beer with some carefully selected options for the class.

The ‘Master Cut Masterclass’ is on offer on Saturdays, July 13 and 27, from 11.30am for a noon start; tickets, $80 (limited places) at rwc.org.au.
