Mr Nazlioglu, 40, who was charged but acquitted of murdering Comanchero boss Mick Hawi back in 2018, was allegedly gunned down about 6.30pm on Monday, June 27, last year.
In April, a 25-year-old man was charged over his alleged role and remains before the courts.
Early last Wednesday, a 33-year-old man was arrested during a vehicle stop in Austral and charged with murder.
Police will allege in court the Liverpool man was involved in the planning and coordination of the incident.
A number of items were allegedly seized during the raids and will undergo further forensic examination.
