State MP for Auburn, Lynda Voltz, presented the awards, saying it was a great chance to meet “some fantastic local business people”.
Alpesh Prajapati was named Cumberland Business Person of the Year, while 16-year-old Ruzgar Kekilli from Auburn’s Kekilli Jewellery, received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
The Chamber also recognised the achievements of founding president by making Mariya Gojan as their first ‘life member’.
