Mayor Lisa Lake said she was delighted to finally unveil the much-anticipated public space to everyone.
“It was great to see so many locals and visitors enjoying the new community space while getting a first look at the Square,” she said.
“I look forward to many more community events in this space where we can come together and celebrate our diversity and achievements.”
