Canterbury-Bankstown Mayor Khal Asfour and Council’s General Manager Matthew Stewart attended a site tour with Western Sydney University’s Bill Parasiris, CEO of Walker Corporation David Gallant and Built staff last week (pictured).
“I was thrilled to see the progress of the building, which is now 11 stories high,” Mayor Asfour said.
“Construction is expected to finish later this year, and I hope to see students arriving on campus shortly after.
“This multi-story building will make tertiary education more accessible for our youth and bring millions of dollars to our local economy.
“I cannot wait to see the benefit this wonderful education hub brings to our City.”
