Bulldogs Chairman John Khoury said Hill had made a significant contribution to the Bulldogs over the past three years.
“He has strengthened all areas of the club and will leave us in a strong position for a new CEO to take over,” Mr Khoury said.
“We are appreciative of his professionalism in signalling this early enough for us to find a replacement in time for the start of the season.”
Hill said he enjoyed his time at the Bulldogs and after three years in the role, was looking forward to his next challenge.
Bulldogs Chief Financial Officer, John White, will fill the role of interim CEO, with the Board in the process of recruiting a new Chief Executive.
