After resuming the domestic junior and senior competitions on November 1, BBA General Manager Christian Gobolos said there had been a wonderful connection between players.
“After the long break, they were just so happy to get back to playing basketball and re-engaging with their friends and team-mates at the stadium,” he said.
“The 2022 Basketball Representative Program is something for the community to get excited about with the Bruins securing an NBL1 East Licence for the Senior Representative Program.”
They will be competing against the best teams throughout NSW, with the winning team of the NBL1 East competing against the other State champions.
“The Bruins are looking to enter both a Men’s and Women’s team in the competition and we will be looking for local support during our home games at Bankstown Stadium mainly Saturday afternoons,” Gobolos said.
