Picnic Point Men’s Bowling Club President Steve Finnerty said players had to wait four months after the semi final matches before the final could be played but with a large crowd on hand, the quality of play was as good as ever and kept everyone enthralled until the last bowl.
“Congratulations Bruce from all at Club Picnic Point and commiserations to Dan who’s time will definitely come,” he said.
“Bruce is also a Bowls Australia qualified coach and is always happy to coach anybody wishing to take up our sport and is available any Friday afternoon for coaching lessons so get down to our club and learn from the best.”
