A crisp pilsner style beverage with a pleasant herbal noble hop aroma, the Italian beer is the brainchild of Bar Manager Peter Hogan who discovered many visiting customers wanted the full Italian experience, including quality beer, at an affordable price.
Being particularly passionate about craft beer making, Peter met with the team at Basement Brewhouse and thanks to an innovative Bankstown Sports Staff Engagement Program, was given the opportunity to present his concept to the wider team.
The response was unanimously positive and both the BSC Executive Committee and Basement Brewhouse immediately kicked off production.
